A Brand New Start

by Jill Lemming

God sometimes brings us to a place
where answers can't be found...
Where we cannot see tomorrow,
for confusion all around.

Yet deep inside we realize
that all things work for good...
Even times when we've been wounded
and we feel misunderstood.

Don't dwell on the injustice
and stay focused on God's heart...
Find forgiveness and go on,
you can make a brand new start

A Brighter Tomorrow

by Ellen Bailey

There will be a brighter tomorrow someday
I'll look up and the clouds will move away
And when I hear that trumpet's loud blast
I will know that Jesus has returned at last.

There will be a brighter tomorrow someday
When I'll see Jesus in His glorified array
All God's children will be taken up in the air
Others will be confessing and saying prayers

There will be a brighter tomorrow someday
I'll be watching, waiting; I won't be afraid
It will be a great Heaven going home time
And I pray to Jesus no one gets left behind.

God's Love

by Elizabeth Cushing Taylor

We do not see the wind,
We only hear it sigh;
It makes the grasses bend
whenever it goes by.

We do not see God's love,
But in our hearts we know
He watches over us
Wherever we may go.

We do not have to see
To know the wind is here;
We do not have to see
To know God's love is near

He Came To Me

by

He came to me, when things couldn't be worse.
I thought life itself had become a curse.

He came to me, when I thought the end was near.
When only I felt anger, pain, sorrow and fear.

He came to me, and in my heart planted a seed.
Which now has grown and created a need.

He came to me, and said forget all of your past.
Now come with me fishing, my ocean is vast
